What are the best parts of Sugar land, Texas to live in for a young family?

Sugar Land has Fort Bend ISD for schools. First Colony is probably the largest area. It is made up of several subdivisions. Homes are priced 150K (or maybe little less) to millions depending on the subdivision. There’s also Sugar Creek older subdivision beautiful expensive homes. Greatwood is another nice area.
