Bloomberg News Three-fourths of the U.S. markets Case-Shiller tracks had year-over-year price gains in June.The Dallas increase was a fraction of the more than 4 percent year-over-year gain the area saw in January and less than the nationwide gain in the latest Standard Poor’s/Case-Shiller Home Price Index.
