In TX you can’t get a divorce while pregnant. It’s stated in the divorce decree that no children are expected of the marriage. You can file, but the divorce can’t be finalized. It’s to protect the right of the child to a legitimate birth.
The husband not being the dad changes nothing. You could, in fact, be charged with adultury now, with the child as evidence.
